Term 1 - Intermediate Sessions (Club)

All athletes who want to take their game to the next level are invited to join us for Unfazed Hoops Term 1 Development Programs.

This term we’ve added: - Longer workouts. - Basketball specific strength and conditioning.

From Strength Coach DJ: “Build on your court speed, power and agility step‑by‑step — from mastering the basics to dominating in game‑speed competition”.

Whether you’re just starting your journey or have played high level rep/AAU basketball, there is a group for you to take the next step as a player and an athlete with our Unfazed Hoops basketball + strength & conditioning coaches. - 4 x weeks. - All groups are capped at 24 athletes per group. . Spaces are limited. These sessions will sell out. LET’S GET IT!

10am- On Court Session
11am - Strength & Conditioning Session
